Meet Henry Wong, Founder & Early Careers Expert at Talent Box
Henry has over 15+ years in early careers and lateral recruitment across FMCG, Investment Banking, Legal Services and Technology. With leadership positions managing early careers functions at leading firms like Barclays and other investment banks and professional services, Henry has a strong belief to empower genuine and authentic core skills in individuals that translates to the right career aspirations.
Henry has founded Talent Box stemming from his passion about the world of early careers to bridge university to corporate life transitions by working with institutions, universities and early in careers individuals by providing tailored programmes that focuses on employability strategies.
On an institutional and university basis, Henry provides job searching, CV & interviewing and student to workplace transitional workshops. This service can also be available on a 1:1 basis.
From a corporate perspective, Henry utilises his experience to provide consultancy to organisations wishing to establish, enhance or execute a robust early careers campus recruiting process to ensure the right intern or graduate talent is hired.
